DCI Development Readiness + Tracking Tool
Welcome to Downtown Colorado, Inc.'s dashboard and reporting features of the Development Readiness + Tracking Tool. Developed in partnership with Kansas State University's Technical Assistance to Brownfields, and with support from Colorado State University's Rural Economic Development Institute, this tool is for communities to better understand their local perspective on economic development, gain strategic insights on communication and action planning for success, and identify the most feasible sites for development in their community.
The Community Capacity Assessment measures local perspectives on six dimensions of economic development, and users who have completed the Feasibility Tetrad and the Baseline Survey will have a data-driven profile to compare against community perspectives.

The Feasibility Tetrad helps communities and catalyst sites understand the elements of risk that might be present for private development, and helps to inform how to increase the public and private sector return on investment.
